Players take turns placing insect tiles on the table, forming a shared “hive.” Each type of insect moves in its own way: the grasshopper jumps, the ant moves around the perimeter, and the beetle can climb on top of other pieces. The goal is to completely surround your opponent’s queen while preventing your own from being surrounded. There is no board—the layout is created by the tiles themselves.
